| Full Member | Board-certified/eligible orthopedic or sports medicine surgeon with active SCR practice or demonstrated commitment to adoption and or Support of ISCRA. Completed one ISCRA event in the last 2 years, And or has published meaning work on SCR Fascia Lata Autograft. | $250 USD |
| Associate Member | Has not met Full Member criteria yet; primary activity within a single ISCRA region completed at least one ISCRA event live or digitally in the last 2 years | $150 USD |
| In-Training Member | Resident, fellow, or equivalent in training | Free |
| Allied Specialty Member | Physical therapists, radiologists, researchers with direct involvement in SCR care pathways | $75 USD |
