Account Deletion

If you created an account in the ISCRA Meeting App, you can delete it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
- In the app (recommended):
On your Profile menu > View and edit your profile > Edit my profile > Delete account - Can’t access the app?
Submit a request to our email [javascript protected email address] from your account email with subject “Delete my account.”
If emailing, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A short statement: “Please delete my account.”
What Happens Next
- We’ll acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We’ll complete deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation.
- We may request proof of identity if needed to protect your account.
What We Delete (and What We May Retain)
- We delete your account and personal data associated with it.
- We may retain minimal records only if required by law (e.g., security/audit logs) and anonymized/aggregated data that doesn’t identify you. Routine backups may persist for up to the standard rotation period.
