The International SCR Association (“ISCRA”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use the ISCRA Meeting App (“App”).

- Identifiers (linked): account/user ID.
- User content (optional, linked): chat, Q&A, polls/surveys you submit.
- Usage data (not linked): pages viewed, session time, basic device info.
- Diagnostics (not linked): crash/performance data.
We do not collect sensitive data (health, financial, government IDs) and we do not track you across other apps.
How We Use Data
- Provide event access and features (live/on-demand, agenda, networking).
- Send service messages and important updates.
- Improve security, reliability, and performance.

Sharing
We share data only with service providers that operate the App for us (e.g., app platform/hosting, streaming, analytics/crash reporting). They may use data only to provide these services. We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising.

Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the event and App operation, then delete or anonymize it. Typical retention: account/profile and networking content—until you delete your account or up to 12 months after the event; diagnostics/logs—up to 12 months; backups—up to 90 days.
Your Choices
- Update your profile information.
- Delete your account and data in the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or email us to request deletion.
- Manage non-essential notifications in App settings.
