Full Membership
Full Membership:
Full Membership shall constitute the Core Academic Body of ISCRA and shall include surgeons and non-surgeons who contribute to the academic mission of the organization.
The founding membership includes individuals identified and invited by Teruhisa Mihata, as well as additional individuals invited by Dr. Lee and Paul B. Roache. This group includes Founding Board Members, Founding Members, and Advisors.
All individuals who attended the First ISCRA Academic Meeting in person shall be recognized as Full Members, irrespective of current clinical performance of FL SCR, in recognition of their support of the ISCRA mission.
Promotion to Full Membership is determined by the individual's contribution to the academic mission of the organization. This includes attendance at meetings and trainings, participation in Research, Publications and presentations on FLA SCR. New Full Members are leaders in their region.
To maintain Full Membership in good standing, members are expected to:
- Attend ISCRA biannual academic meetings, either in person or virtually
- Actively support regional education and training initiatives
- Or Maintain clinical engagement in FL SCR, with a recommended minmum average of 10–12 procedures annually, unless otherwise exempted by the Board
