Dr. Jorge Camacho Chacón is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery, with expertise in shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability, shoulder arthroplasty, and regenerative orthopaedics. He serves as Head of the Upper Limb Unit at the Aragonese Institute of Orthopaedics, Traumatology and Regenerative Medicine (IATR) in Zaragoza, Spain.
After earning his medical degree with honors from the University of Zulia in Venezuela, Dr. Camacho completed his Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology training at Miguel Servet University Hospital in Zaragoza and obtained a Master's Degree in Shoulder Pathology from the International University of Andalusia.
An active educator and researcher, Dr. Camacho has authored scientific publications and book chapters, delivered numerous presentations at national and international meetings, and serves as an instructor in shoulder arthroscopy. He is a member of several leading orthopaedic societies, including SECEC/ESSSE, SECHC, AEA, and SECOT.
