Sponsorship Opportunities

The International SCR Association (ISCRA) is a group of expert surgeons in Rotator Cuff Disorders from around the world, led by the world-renowned Teruhisa Mihata, PhD, MD. They all perform the Superior Capsule Reconstruction for Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tears using the technique pioneered by Dr. Mihata.

The Founding Board and advisors include surgeons from 9 countries. We have editors and reviewers for the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, a past president of AAOS, AANA, and ASES, a future president of AANA, a president of the Japanese Orthopedic Society, a current chairman of an Orthopedic Department, and members of the Scientific Committees for ISAKOS and other societies. There are 200+ combined publications by the group on SCR and ARCR-related topics.

The ISCRA is dedicated to the study and advancement of the FL SCR, its successful variants, and the improvement of Rotator Cuff Surgery.

This is a global association that will be the foundation for creating regional centers of excellence around the globe for SCR Surgery and ARCR.

Sponsorship at this early stage provides a unique opportunity for companies to directly connect with global leaders in the SCR and ARCR surgical fields, to support the mission of studying and advancing FL SCR, its successful variants, and improving Rotator Cuff Surgery.

Industry and companies with products that can advance the mission are invited to financially support the success of the ISCRA.

The first of several planned meetings is now scheduled for February 20–21, 2026, in Sonoma, California. This is a closed meeting on location by invite only. There is also a virtual component that will stream the meeting agenda—live and on demand— through a dedicated meeting platform for invitees unable to make the trip. Onsite attendance will be 50 surgeons. Virtual attendance is expected to be 200 surgeons.

There are 2 sponsorship tracks available:

  1. Sponsors with substantial contributions to our endowment fund
  2. Sponsors with contributions for supporting our meeting and association.
